Also known as: Combination ED troche, Sublingual PDE5 combo

A claimed ingredient is what a label or seller states. It is not treated as confirmed.
Established
Uncertain or unverified
The enzyme PDE5 normally breaks cGMP down. PDE5 inhibitors block that enzyme, so cGMP persists and smooth-muscle relaxation is sustained. They do not create arousal—stimulation is still required.
Combining a short-acting and a long-acting PDE5 inhibitor is proposed to give a fast start and long tail, but this has not been established in controlled trials.
Grades run from A (strong clinical evidence) to F (unsupported or contradicted). How we grade.
Common effects
Those of both sildenafil and tadalafil, potentially additive.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients and are not FDA-approved. FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before dispensing.
No numerical performance score is shown because reliable performance data does not exist for this product.
The pharmacology of each ingredient is solid, but the combination itself lacks controlled evidence and depends on pharmacy quality.
This product combines two approved drugs, but the combination has not been studied the way each drug has. Quality varies by pharmacy. Doubling up on PDE5 inhibitors can add up side effects. Discuss with a clinician whether a single approved medication would serve the same purpose.
